Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for:
- Providing their own tent, tables, chairs, and display equipment
- Maintaining a clean and professional booth
- Arriving during scheduled setup times
- Remaining open for the duration of the event
- Treating customers, staff, and fellow vendors with respect
- Following all event policies and safety requirements

If approved, you'll receive an acceptance email with payment instructions.

Reserve your booth by completing payment.
Step 6
Receive your Vendor Welcome Packet and Event Guide.

Electricity is available at select locations for an additional fee and must be requested in advance.
What happens if it rains?
Outdoor events may be delayed, relocated, or canceled depending on weather and venue conditions. Indoor events will proceed as scheduled unless otherwise announced.
